Fall 2010 Yoga Class Schedule is Here!

Fall classes are open for registration!

1. Pregnancy Yoga: Designed to support a more comfortable and healthy pregnancy, and to prepare for labour with special practices of movement, breathing and meditative techniques.  Classes now offered twice per week - Monday and Thursday!

2. Mom and Baby Yoga: Mom & baby yoga classes provide an opportunity for you to regain strength and flexibility, to bond with your baby in an enjoyable activity and to make friends with other moms.

3. Beginner Yoga: A non-intimidating introduction to yoga that will help you to become familiar with postures, build heat in your body by linking them together, improve stamina, circulation and well-being.
